If you're down and discouraged - you're not the only one. When you think you've got it worse than all think again - there is always someone somewhere that has it worse.

What are you to do? Pray for those that or worse off, even destitute of daily food clothing and shelter. Give without fear. Those that give shall receive many-fold.

Getting debt free is easier that you think. There are many steps to getting free of debt, yet the hardest one is the first step. The steps are very simple:

1. Pay yourself first (save 10% from what you earn)

2. Pay 20% toward debt - if it doesn't cover the bills make arrangement with your creditors, most will agree to get something committed on paper rather then nothing.

3. Live on the rest (70%)

Do this for a year, then you will want to repeat it. Grow an emergency fund - 6 to 8 months living minimum.
